Refund & Return Policy

At Just In Fit, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must:
✅ Be unused and in its original condition
✅ Include the original packaging (if applicable)
✅ Have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem! Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available.

Faulty Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults, and repair or replacement for minor faults. If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
